    A bump from 1 Mbps to 1.5?

    That's an embarrassing announcement in itself. Incredibly slow for cable internet.

    But a bigger point, I think, is that brand marketing is a waste if it isn't backed by performance. The best brands earned their credibility.

    Comcast blows and sorry to be blunt, but I pay a premium for their 20 meg service, and it has been slow as heck.

    Dude - it is hope and change! And they hoped you wouldn't notice or care that the download speed didn't change.

    What else might one expect from a company with a logo that's a dead ringer for the ACORN logo?

    In my area xfinity sent techs out to upgrade the service, the tech that came to my house was 2 days late, i was not credited on my bill for his lateness ( as the commercial promises)
