Thank You Emails
A thank you email to your customers after they buy your product or service is always a great idea. When was the last time you checked into what you have for a thank you email? Is it outdated? Thank you emails can be as simple as the one below. This is a great email after a hotel stay.
What I really liked about it was its timeliness. I received it the day that I checked out, so the experience was still top of mind. You can also incorporate this into your confirmation emails after someone bought to find out how the experience was online or in person. You can even use a link to a survey (check out VerticalResponse Surveys) and asked a few more questions within this email.
Anyone have any other great experiences with email follow ups?


Great idea--I think we can't stress it enough: little gestures like this really help strengthen customer relationships.
We're fairly new to VR and I'm just starting to get to know all the many ways we can use the program, so thanks for the tip!
