Regarding your pricing model... I like the pay per usage model, it is one of the reasons I started with VR and stayed with it.

Marc B - We completely agree, we'll *need* to add this to our Salesforce offering. We don't have a definitive launch date, but as soon as we do, you (and many others asking the same question) will hear from us!

Bradley - Yes, this is a departure from our traditional pricing model. We're hoping it's easy for our new & existing customers to compare the tiers easily with other survey competitors out there. We'll be 'surveying' our customers for some feedback, but just as an FYI, we're not abandoning "pay as you go" any time soon!

If you can get these Surveys to sync with Salesforce, that would be FANTASTIC!

This is great news and I can't wait to try it out! One question, why did you pick a different pricing model than your other services? Meaning, why $13.50/month for 1,000 responses instead of, say, $15 for 1,000 survey response credits? I would think a lot of your customers like your email marketing pricing model vs. the pay-per-month model and that may be one reason why many of them use VerticalResponse instead of a competitor. Perhaps you can send them a survey and ask? ;-)
