Did you ever want to have all of the newsletters you send posted on your site on a page where all of them are archived? With all of the work you put into them, it's a great way to send people who may have either missed a newsletter or signed up for your email marketing campaigns after you've sent one that may be exactly what they need.
When you create your campaign, make sure you insert the "Hosted Version Link" somewhere in your email. I like to put it at the top.
After you send your email campaign to your recipients and yourself, click on the "hosted version" link in your email.
Copy the URL from your browser and paste it into a page on your site where you've indicated that you'll have your archives, or better yet, have your web designer do it, just give them the links. (Notice the Title of the browser window is your subject line, cool.)- Now you can send people to that page on your site where all of your emails are hosted on a web page in an archive.
Look out for VerticalResponse to have this in a future release so you don't have to play with a workaround but if you just can't wait this is a good idea.

One of your competitors is touting an email archiving feature. Is this capability still on VR's "to do list"? For a couple of reasons, I don't want to use your work-around by archiving on my site. Also, will your archiving require me to maintain all previously used image files in my VR image library? If so, I'll eventually run out of space. Thanks,

How long will this link stay active?

I am currently archiving my eblasts but have not found a way to PDF the version I email through you.
This forces me to make two versions of my email, one for you and another for me so I can PDF it. Is there a way for me to PDF your version?
Thank you for the info on linking back to my website archive of these eblasts that will be very handy for the future.
