How do strategically grow a significant list of prospects?

    Janine

For Gil - Here are a few things that come to mind.

Is there a cross sell opportunity where one of your buyers may want to move or upgrade to another division?

If someone loves their place and know someone in an area you're newly developing they may forward on your newsletter to their friends (word of mouth).

If so, you might want to include your buyers on a list and do a monthly newsletter announcing new projects you're working on and even highlight a buyer testimonial.

There are agencies on the local level that absolutely will do campaigns that drive people to your site and encourage them to sign up for your newsletter. Sounds to me like you might need a blend of direct mail to certain zip codes (rent a list from InfoUSA), advertising in the local paper and perhaps some outdoor advertising.

    Gil Starble

I fear that I'll 'never' generate an email list of reliable prospective customers. The reason is that in each residential subdivision we develop, be it in MA, or NH, or NC, we embark on totally new marketing campaign for each project. Thereby, we rarely sell to the same prospects twice.
Would it be better to find a company who can generate an appropriate system of attracting new viewers for each new project?
