**The issue noted below regarding copying campaigns has been fixed.**
VerticalResponse customers have been tweeting, emailing, blogging and (even calling! how old-fashioned ;)) to tell us how excited you are about our recent release. With that said, we want to be as open as possible with you, and proactively address and fix issues as they arise.
We've identified an issue where some emails copied from the old editor into the new editor are presented with an "Unable to Launch" message at the final step of the process. The issue is limited to some emails that utilize images stored in the Media Library. So if you're copying an old email into the new email creation methods, with those images, you might encounter this issue.Our development team is planning to release a fix for the issue later tonight. In the meantime, to work around the problem, please take the following steps:
1. Click on the Emails tab in the main navigation menu
2. Find the email you want to copy and click Actions > Make a Copy
3. Select Copy to New Editor and Edit the new email options
4. Proceed to Step 2. - Design
5. For each image from your Media Library:
a. Delete the image from your email
b. Click on the Image icon and then Select from your Library
c. Select the image that you want to re-insert
6. Proceed with the remaining steps of the email creation process and launch your email
