Hi Eric,

It is not possible to link the lists and email drafts in one VerticalResponse account to another account. However, there are potential workarounds for both these issues (depending on what you're looking to do):

1. If you want to make certain email templates available to different users, then you can save those templates within the "My Templates" area of your Salesforce account. Since you can use saved Salesforce mail templates as the basis for an email in VerticalResponse, doing this would allow all the folks in your Salesforce org to have access to those templates to use within VR.

2. Though you can't share lists between VR accounts, you could simply create a Campaign within Salesforce (if you have access to the SF Campaigns module) that includes everyone on the list and then anyone in your org would be able to use that campaign to create a list within their own VR account.

Hope this info helps!

Is it possible to share lists and emails/drafts between multiple accounts?

Thanks for your comment Emily. We do not combine the free credits at account creation, and the reason is based on the "Michael Dell theorem" (at least in my head):

Dell has 40,000 SFDC licenses. If every Dell user created a VR account with 500 free credits (regardless of whether they planned on using them or not) and combined them, Dell would have 20 million free email credits with VerticalResponse.

The free credits are designed to be our "test drive".

Thanks,

ps. Michael, if you're reading this and are bummed about not getting the combined 20 million free credits, give me a ring --we'll figure something out for you ;)

Emily

Can you also combine the free credits that every user gets before they use VRmail for the first time?
