I have followed all of the steps but when I click "Refresh Templates" button I see this message,

"Error: Unable to locate Salesforce Mail Templates. Unfiled Public and My Personal folders cannot be displayed, make sure your templates are stored in a custom folder."

So I checked to see if the template is stored in a custom folder, which it is. Now I am lost as to what my options are.

Hi Shaindy,

As long as the Salesforce template is stored in a Public Folder, you should be able to use it when creating a VR email.

Since your template has already been created, go ahead and jump to the 2nd half of Jessica's instructions above where she started with... "Now, when you’d like to use the template you’ve created:"

Is there a way to create templates in VR from existing HTML that we have imported?

We use a template that an outside designer has created. Is there a way to set up in Vertical Response an easy way to update this on a regular basis?

We send e-alerts out for any of our members who may have or may be affected by a weather related event.

The way it is set up now, we have to go into VR and adjust the HTML language to accomodate the newest threat.

With time being an issue, I would love to have an easier solution.

Thanks!

shaindy

is their a way you insert an existing template that i have saved on salesforce?
